The Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce team up each year to support women across Central Pennsylvania through Engaging Speakers and Motivating Breakout Sessions in addition to hosting many Vendors from various industries.

This idea became a movement, a wave, that has been adopted by everyone it touches.
