Join us for a day of networking, connecting, inspiration and professional growth at the 31st Annual Business Women’s Forum held at the beautiful Messiah University.
The Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce team up each year to support women across Central Pennsylvania through Engaging Speakers and Motivating Breakout Sessions in addition to hosting many Vendors from various industries.
Another one of our 2024 Business Woman of the Year Nominees is Bilita “Bili” Mattes, Executive Director, STEM-UP Network.

We asked… Who is your role model or mentor and why? “Dale Carnegie has been my role model since I was in my 20s. So much so, that I became certified as a Dale Carnegie instructor and taught these classes as an avocation for 13 years also starting in my early 20s. His human relations principles, focus on others vs. self, and authenticity have influenced me greatly over the years both personally and professionally.”
