It’s Okay to Say “You’re Fired”

The most difficult Human Resource responsibility of any manager is the termination of underperforming and/or nonperforming employees. The most frustrating part of HR is an organization’s inability to take action. It’s a drain on the entire organization – from the actual employee, to the customer, to the co-worker, to the manager that has to deal with the headaches everyday. This session will review necessary documentation, the termination “process,” and an overview of “worst case” scenarios.
