SAVE THE DATE... BUSINESS WOMEN'S FORUM 2009 will be held April 2nd at the Farmshow! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Business Women's Forum 2008 Thursday, March 27th Pennsylvania Farmshow Complex & Expo Center 2300 North Cameron Street Harrisburg, PA 17110
Thank you so very much to everyone who supported this year's event. It was a smashing success!
Congratulations to Chris Molsky of Adventures in Advertising, the lucky winner of our post-event survey drawing! Thanks to everyone who took the time to complete that survey. Your responses will be used to plan the 2009 event.
Business Women’s Forum is a day long annual conference geared towards female professionals. This year marks the event’s 14th year! The Forum is a product of three Chambers of Commerce working together, the Greater Carlisle Area Chamber, the Harrisburg Regional Chamber, and the West Shore Chamber. The mission is to provide opportunities for business women of all professional levels to network, create business contacts, and develop additional leadership skills in a motivational and supportive environment.
This year’s event is particularly exciting because for the very first time the Forum will have a centralized theme…Lead, Influence, Discover.
Women who attend BWF have the opportunity to network with other women who come from a variety of backgrounds and organizations. They get the chance to develop their professional skills as well as gain personal growth in a variety of areas such as health and business. Because the event allows women to rejuvenate and reinvent themselves professionally, socially, and personally, attendees consider this event a “must” and come back year after year.
This Year's Exciting Attractions....

Courtney Lynch Co-author of Leading from the Front

The History of Business Women’s Forum: Business Women’s Forum was developed over 14 years ago by the Greater Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, who wanted to provide Carlisle area women with professional development opportunities. The popularity of Business Women’s Forum grew, and several area chambers decided to combine their efforts into one regional forum. The is the 9th annual event in which the Greater Carlisle Area, Harrisburg Regional and West Shore Chambers of Commerce are collaborating. We are pleased to welcome the York County Chamber of Commerce as a supporting organization.
